History

The company was born in the realm of luxury homes and marble houses of Beverly Hills, California in 2001. Six years later, the family moved to Colorado and began working in the Colorado luxury community of Evergreen, Colorado. IBEX Builder Studios has supported 35 high end luxury builders in Evergreen, Cherry Creek, Denver and Boulder for 16 years. We focus on being the best trade support specialists for builders, developers and general contractors.

Jesus is a founding member of IBEX Builder Studios. He began his career in construction in 2007 working in demolition, trade support, scheduling and operations. Jesus is currently the CEO of IBEX Builder Studios and has been since 2015. Jesus led his company through Covid, growth and the development of IBEX builder services. Jesus was married in 2015 to Celeste and has kids. Both Jesus and Celeste love international travel and strive to create as much time as possible with their family and friends who live both in Denver and abroad.

Julio is a founding member of IBEX Builder Studios. Julio is always smiling and is extremely passionate about his work. He is known for his expertise in wood flooring and carpentry. Julio is detail-oriented but also enjoys a fast-paced work environment. His unique abilities allow him to work quickly and efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. Julio currently leads and manages IBEX Builder Studio’s field operations. Julio is a dedicated husband, enjoys coaching soccer and is always up for a good time.

Krystal joined IBEX Builder Studios in 2021 after obtaining her distinguished degree.

Krystal joined IBEX Builder Studios in 2021 after obtaining her distinguished degree, Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. Immediately prior to joining IBEX Builder Studios, Krystal was a leading member on the Musculoskeletal Bioengineering Laboratory team at Duke University in North Carolina, and worked for an exclusive luxury builder just outside Denver Colorado supporting both Sales and the company's operational management. Kyrstal was sought out by IBEX Builder Studios for her passion for systems, skills with system assessment and for the same type of contributions that honored both Colorado State University and Duke University during her tenures. Krystal is now the Administration Operations Manager for IBEX Builder Studios where she ensures all of our departments are well run, expertly supported and perfectly in alignment to our clients needs. Krystal and her husband Julio live in Belmar Heights in the Denver area where they seek out time with family and personal growth.

Mike brings 26 years of Management and Sales experience to the team.

Mike moved to Colorado in 1998. Has spent the last 25 years in Business Operations, Development, Management and Sales. In 2012, Mike moved his career from operations in Education Development and Publishing to Residential Home Redevelopment and Renovation. He then spent 10 years focused on residential construction, design, operations and sales. Mike's reputation for creative solutions, big picture thinking with detail oriented processes, and for making the hard to picture, easy to see for his clients and collegues proceeded him when he joined the CCCR team. Mike and his wife Michelle have lived in Evergreen for 15 years, where their son graduated from Evergreen high school. Michelle currently teaches with the Montesorri School System of Evergreen and provides national training for new and seasoned Montesorri educators. Both Mike and Michelle share passions for geology and their rockhounding habits as well as natural photography of their shared world.

Juan is a founding member of IBEX Builder Studios. Juan is known for his passion for leadership where he excels in turning good trade workers into expert members of their specialized area. On top of that, Juan's work with stone and tile has led him to be known as one of the industry's best and one of the most sought after installers in Colorado. Juan currently leads and manages IBEX Builder Studios's professional development division. Juan, his wife Betty and their beautiful daughter live in Lakewood Colorado, never miss watching their favorite teams play soccer and are always looking for the next warm sandy beach to call their favorite spot.

Her attention to detail, expectations to have everything balanced "to the penny" and seasoned system's management, ensures both IBEX Builder Studios and its clients finances are in perfect order. Betty is an integral part of the success of every project and is the spearhead to much of the company's management growth through the years. Prior to IBEX Builder Studios, Betty was a case manager within the non-profit industry where she developed her management and leadership skills which she now uses at IBEX Builder Studios. next warm sandy beach to call their favorite spot.
